Welcome
My mission is to make whole-person wellness accessible and actionable for anyone looking to improve their health, expand their knowledge, or pursue a future in healthcare.
About
First Line makes whole-person wellness clear, practical, and accessible to everyone. Long-term health begins with the daily choices we make, and my goal is to help you build habits that support your mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to exploring holistic mental health and preventive wellness, I also create educational content for pre-med and medical students. From understanding foundational health concepts to navigating medical school, clinical rotations, and residency applications, I offer guidance designed to support your growth at every stage.
Whether you’re working toward better personal well-being or preparing for a future in healthcare, First Line provides evidence-based insights, approachable tools, and continuous support to help you thrive.
